The Frankfort Fall Festival and the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce would like to
thank you for participating in the 2013 festival! Below please find festival
information pertinent to our valued artisans and vendors. If you have any

Arriving and Entry

Upon Arrival Artisans will receive the following:

Frankfort Fall Festival Guide
Frankfort Fall Festival Map
Instructions for dumpster use
Tear down Instructions
Artisans will be given a Parking Pass at set-up. This pass must be
displayed on the driver's side windshield at all times
Only one vehicle per Artisan will be allowed in the lots listed below.
No Trailer/RV parking is allowed on residential streets. All Violators WILL
All vehicles must be off the Fall Fest Grounds by 9:00 a.m.
Any Artisans not set-up by 10:00 a.m. will forfeit their space.
A shuttle van will be available from the Fall Festival Grounds to the Artisan
Parking Lots during exhibiting hours.

Frankfort Terrace Nursing Home Lot - NO over sized vehicles will be
Locust Street Lot - Any Sized vehicle will be allowed.
All artisans are required to carry proof of Liability insurance while participating in the 2013 Frankfort Fall Festival. The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce must be named on the insurance. Artisans that do not have their own individual liability insurance may purchase coverage through the 2013 Frankfort Fall Festival. Contact the Chamber for more information.

2013 Artisan Application
The Artisan application for the 2013 Festival in now available for download. Applications deadline is March 15th. Acceptance letters go out April 30th.
The $25.00 Application fee may be paid by check or credit card. Credit card billing address must match exactly.
If accepted, you will receive an invoice with the acceptance letter that will instruct you how to enter booth payment online.
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Visitors arrive early. If you are completely set-up, selling may begin at 9:00 a.m.
